A focused sitemap, page purpose and content plan shaped around what your customers need to understand before they contact you.
A site designed for your business rather than a reskinned theme, built to work cleanly across phones, tablets and desktops.
We can turn the facts you provide into clear draft copy. You remain responsible for checking that every claim and detail is accurate.
Where your package includes a portal, we configure it around agreed content and media without exposing controls that could break the design.
The site is tested, connected to your domain and launched only after you have approved the final preview in writing.
You have one person who already understands the site when something needs maintaining, correcting or extending after launch.
SEARCH OPTIMISATION
SEO settings stay protected. We make technical and metadata changes carefully, and ask for your approval before changing visible wording.
Every website is built in line with Google's published search best practices. We configure page titles and descriptions, crawlability, sitemaps, mobile performance and appropriate structured data to give the site a strong start.
We monitor indexing and performance, then make appropriate improvements to the technical setup, metadata and existing content over time. It does not include new article writing, backlink campaigns or paid advertising.
Search engines decide how and where websites appear, so rankings cannot be guaranteed. Customers do not have direct access to SEO settings in either portal.
LOYALTY DISCOUNT
For every full year you remain a customer with an active, fully-paid account, you earn an additional 10% off the upfront package price of a new website or redesign, up to 30%.
Request a redesign after three continuous paid years and you receive 30% off the applicable upfront package price. The period restarts when the discount is used.
The discount applies only to the upfront build fee. It excludes monthly plans, mailboxes, third-party charges and optional extras, and cannot be combined with another offer.

Agreed short-form content, images, portfolio items, services, menus, testimonials, FAQs and contact details can be editable in Standard, Enhanced and Advanced portals. Enhanced and Advanced also allow standard pages to be created from approved layouts.
Colours, typography, SEO settings, navigation rules, bespoke modules and custom functionality stay managed. Those changes are scoped separately so an innocent edit cannot damage the website.
You own and control the domain. Genuine defects are corrected without charge; requests outside the agreed modules and package scope are quoted before work begins.
