01Why is the founding price so low?
The first five businesses are helping us refine our delivery process and customer portal. You receive the Enhanced package with Care at a deliberately reduced founding price.
02What does the £40 founding plan include?
Everything in the Enhanced monthly plan, plus Care: managed hosting, Enhanced portal access, technical maintenance, ongoing search optimisation and up to 30 minutes of requested revisions each month. Unused revision time does not roll over.
03When do the monthly payments begin?
Only when your website launches. The founding programme then runs for 12 monthly payments. The £350 setup fee is paid when your project is accepted and is non-refundable once work begins.
04What do I need to provide?
The facts about your business, your services, contact details and any logo or photographs you want included. If you do not have a logo, the site can use a clean text wordmark. We can draft the website wording from your facts, but you approve it for accuracy.
05Can I change the website myself?
Standard, Enhanced and Advanced customers can manage approved business content and images. Enhanced and Advanced customers can also create standard pages using approved layouts. Launchpad has no portal. Design, SEO settings, code, bespoke modules and custom functionality stay protected and are quoted separately.
06How do portal updates go live?
Saving never changes the live website. Your updates stay in one working draft until you preview the whole site and publish them together. If required content or a technical check fails, the current live website remains untouched and we are alerted.
07Who owns the website and domain?
You own your domain and the content you supply. We retain ownership of the website source code, platform, shared components and internal tooling unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If you cancel, we can provide an export of your content and original uploaded media.
08What search optimisation is included?
Every package includes strong technical search foundations. Enhanced and Advanced also include ongoing monitoring and appropriate improvements to existing code, metadata and content. Customers cannot change SEO settings directly, and no one can guarantee search rankings.
09What happens if I am late supplying content?
Content is due within 14 days of payment and preview feedback within five working days. Missed deadlines move the project to the back of the queue. After 30 days without activity it becomes dormant; reactivation costs £100 and is subject to availability.
10Do you build online shops?
Not currently. We focus on high-quality marketing websites that help independent businesses earn enquiries, calls, visits and bookings.
