DEFECT OR CHANGE?
You do not pay us to correct a genuine defect.
If an agreed feature does not work as it should, we correct it without charging you or reducing your Care allowance. Routine security, dependency and platform maintenance is also included in the monthly package.
A new layout, module, integration, page design or structural change is a new request. Care can cover small changes within the agreed modules; anything larger receives a scope and price before work starts.
Included mailbox numbers apply to active hosted mailboxes. Extra mailboxes, migrations, specialist storage and third-party email services are agreed separately.
